Hi, my name is Andy Day, I'm the founder and CEO of Capital A Group.

Capital A is an M&A advisory we work on acquisitions for our clients who are the founders and CEOs of marketing and communications agencies.

Before I got into M&A I worked in digital media and marketing for over 25 years. I was the Founder of Gigwise.com and CEO of Giant Digital for 14 years, an online publishing and marketing company with over 20 million monthly unique visitors. I bought out my partner, raised investment and exited in 2016.

 

I bring my personal experience with M&A to the table to help other creative founders through the M&A process. I am inspired to help other founders grow their businesses through acquisitions and enjoy working with CEOs some of who have built $100,000,000 revenue agencies.
